Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her aid and determination to improving South African Social Security Company (SASSA) solutions during an engagement together with the agency's senior administrators in a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled inside the 2024 matric exams.
Of the 724 156 full-time learners who registered with the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, symbolizing eighty one% in the registered pupils while in the training sector.
These learners obtained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
